In short: Dragon Worlds does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal information. It has no ads, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. The game works completely offline. This applies to all players, including children.

1. About the app

Dragon Worlds ("the game", "the app") is a pixel-art arcade game in which the player flies a dragon through obstacles, collects coins and unlocks dragons. The game is suitable for players of all ages, including children.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. In particular, the game does not collect or request:

3. Data stored on your device

To remember your game, the app saves your progress (for example your best score, coins, chosen dragon, settings and daily missions) locally on your own device. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time with the "Factory reset" option in the game's menu, or by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

4. Permissions

The app only uses the vibration permission, to give small haptic feedback while playing. The app does not use the internet and does not need any network permission to play.

5. Advertising, analytics and third parties

The game contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting services, no social-media features and no third-party SDKs that collect data. No information is shared with or sold to third parties. All game content, including fonts and graphics, is included in the app.

6. Children's privacy

Dragon Worlds is designed to be safe for children. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA), under 16 (GDPR-K) or under the applicable age in any other country. The game has no chat, no user-generated content, no links to outside websites and no in-app purchases. Parents or guardians with questions can contact us at the address above.

7. Virtual coins

Coins in the game are a virtual score-type reward that can only be earned by playing. They have no real-world value, can't be bought with real money, and can't be exchanged for money or prizes.

8. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, and you can contact us at any time to ask about them. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Security

The game stores progress only on your device and does not transmit data, so there is no personal data on our servers that could be exposed.

10. Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects privacy (for example by adding a feature that uses the internet), we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before releasing that version.
